What to have nearby
It is helpful to have a current list of medicines and supplements, relevant pathology or specialist letters, and brief notes about your main concerns. You do not need to assemble a perfect medical file before booking.
When online care is not enough
Telehealth does not provide a physical examination and is not an emergency service. Symptoms that are severe, rapidly changing or concerning may require prompt assessment by a GP, specialist, urgent care service or emergency department.
